FedEx prepping for “surge event” happening Sept 21, rumored iPhone 5 release date
Want some more evidence supporting the rumored iPhone 5 release date? We have some for you. According to a memo published by MacRumors, a FedEx class has been postponed due to a “surge event” beginning on September 21st. Here’s the screenshot:
That falls right line with the rumored September 21st date that is rumored to be when the iPhone will be released following next weeks hopeful unveiling. Apple is known to partner with FedEx for product launches so this doesn’t surprise me at all that they again are most likely the ones in charge of getting the preorders out on time. With this iPhone expected to yet again break the record set by the previous, there should be no surprise FedEx plans to set aside 4 days to work with this “surge” of deliveries.
What do you think? Will you be preordering the iPhone? Are you looking forward to the event? Let us know in the comments.
