Well look at this: just as the Apple vs. Samsung trial is coming to a close and we thought we were done with these shenanigans, Motorola decides to stick its foot in the door. It’s now attempting to block the import of iPads, iPhones, iPod touches, and certain Mac computers over a patent dispute (go figure).

It looks like we won’t know more until Wednesday, but in the meantime, here’s an official statement that TechCrunch picked up.

We would like to settle these patent matters, but Apple’s unwillingness to work out a license leaves us little choice but to defend ourselves and our engineers’ innovations.

Looks like it’s not quite over for Apple yet. As I said in my last post, I’m pretty sick of all this. How about you internet?
