“iPhone 5,2″ Identifier found in server logs [Update]
Greetings folks! It’s time for your daily dose of wild speculation regarding the iPhone 5. In Britain, what’s about to happen is known as “clutching at straws”, but here goes anyway.
TechCrunch have reportedly been sent a screenshot of a logged iPhone 5 session on a server… somewhere… The only thing remotely of note about the development is that the Model was named “iPhone 5,2″. Whether this is some kind of prototype, a secondary design, or simply a different variant of the iPhone 5 is unclear. If we had the entire screenshot, then this find may have been much more significant.

I’ll let you decide what this could represent, because this may well be the product of some drunken session of “Paint”, engineered by some bloke with lots of free time, an imagination, and a Blood Alcohol Level of more than 0.06.
“Hey Jim, why don’t we try to convince everyone that there is an iPhone 5,2?”
There is, of course, a chance that this spot is the real deal. But, until we notice more significant server records we’ll keep this one in the “maybe” pile.
{The iPhone 5,2 was the name given to the 3.95″ prototype of the iPhone 5.}
