Apple by the Numbers: Just how big is Cupertino’s fav company right now?

Apple’s has – as I type this – just started its quarterly sales call to announce earnings and all things “i”. We’re all expecting a record quarter for the iPad, much more cash in the bank and billions of dollars in profit. But, before that happens, why not take a look at the latest info/video graphics. The data was compiled and put in an easy to read/watch format by Sortable.com.

The stats I find most interesting are those regarding the companies Apple could buy. The iPhone makers could swallow up Nokia, RIM, twitter, Adobe, NetFlix and T-mobile and still have a pile of dough big enough to sink the Titanic. And, it’s our favorite iDevices that have made it possible. Three quarters of all Apple’s revenue comes from iPhones and iPads (47% of which is profit.) I find it incredible how much profit a company that hires 30,000 employees can make. Incredible. Feast your eyes on the video above – or the infographic below.
