“No way!” Exactly the thought I had. Amazon has had its Cloud Player app for iOS approved, and it’s now officially in the official App Store, approved officially by Apple. (Think I’ve used the word “official” enough to make my point clear?) Sadly, you will not be able to buy music through the app. That much was expected though, as Apple will only allow content to be purchased through its own mediums: App Store, iTunes and iBooks. However, much like Spotify, you will be able to listen to any music you have acquired using Amazon’s music service. You get 5GB free space from Amazon, but, if you purchase any of its storage plans, you will get unlimited space for MP3 and AAC files.
Will any of you be using this service on your iDevice(s)?
