In honor of July 4th in the US and Canada Day in Canada, AgileBits, the company behind the 1Password suite of applications, is offering 30% discounts on its popular password-keeping solution. The price of the universal 1Password Pro application has been dropped to $9.99, while the individual 1Password apps for iPhone and iPad are each going for $6.99.

On the desktop side of things, 1Password for Mac is on sale in the Mac App Store for  $34.99 for a single-user license and $48.99 for a family license (up to 5 users). AgileBits also offers Windows versions of the 1Password app, which are on sale for the same price.

1Password is one of my favorite utilities in the App Store. I’ve tried a ton of password keepers because I have about a thousand internet logins, but I’ve never used one that’s as secure, speedy, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing as 1Password. The only real downside to these applications is that they’re on the pricier side, so now that their 30% off I would definitely recommend checking them out!
