Leaked metal black plate “confirmed” by sources
Okay, we had our break, now back to iPhone rumors. According the a well-connected blogger you may have heard of, Mark Gurman, the aluminum backplate photos that 9to5Mac leaked yesterday near, if not perfectly, matches that of iPhones being tested internally. If this all lines up to be true, the new iPhone will be similar to the original iPhone that launched 5 years ago, in terms of the metal backing, that is.
Gurman wrote on 9to5Mac citing sources that are “in position to know” claiming that:
the structure of the shells do match up with what is being tested internally. Namely, the redesigned bottom portion of the iPhone with the moved headphone jack and smaller dock connector are present on at least one of the longer iPhones that Apple is testing internally.
So it’s looking more and more like this is what we will see, whenever it is this new iPhone finally get’s announced.
What do you think? Are you excited for the supposed new design or are you wishing Apple would do something different/keep the current? Let us know in the comments.

I use a case on my phone, so the back design doesn't much matter.
