Find My Friends application now available
Apple has just made available its location-based social application in the App Store. You can’t really call it a social networking app, because it doesn’t really do anything other than report your location to people in your address book with an iCloud account, but I guess some people will be into that. Personally I think it’s a bit creepy and intrusive, but that’s just me.
Find My Friends is free in the App Store, though currently it isn’t showing up in an App Store search, but is available via a direct link.
Keep in mind that the Find My Friends functionality requires both iOS 5 and iCloud. iOS 5 is scheduled to go live some time later today, and iCloud is already live. It won’t be long now until your friends know every move you make every moment of the day. Can’t wait! Wait… what?
What’s your opinion on Apple’s latest app – fun way to stay in touch, or creepy invasion of privacy? Let me know in the comments below or share your thoughts on twitter!

Looks very similar to Google's Latitude, and it can be useful when looking for co-workers, family and well that friend that you are stalking.
