Google Search app for iPhone updates – new UI

The Google Mobile app may have been one of the most popular free reference apps in the App Store, but that didn’t mean it was always the most user friendly. Now Google has scrapped the name, and completely altered the user interface. Enter – Google Search app.

The updated app has new gesture controls, allowing you to swipe across the screen in order to change the type of search you want to run. The best way to to view it is by watching the clip below. I’m pretty impressed with it.
