Woz confirms the white iPhone 4 will be shipping soon!

Well, it looks like the white iPhone 4 is fast approaching. The device has remained in prototype mode since the initial launch, when it was speculated that “light leakage” issues from the flash caused horrible pictures on the rear camera.

After being delayed to early July, then September, then winter, and finally to Spring 2011, it finally looks as though the elusive device is about to appear in the hands of consumers who have wanted it since the initial launch of the iPhone 4. But, is the white iPhone 4′s launch too late?

It would be difficult for Steve Jobs himself to sell me the white iPhone 4. Why? Well, as most of us know, the iPhone always gets refreshed at Apple’s WWDC event in San Francisco every year, and has been that way since the iPhone 3G launch in 2008. (Remember that? Before the Retina Display, when 3G networking was BRAND NEW!)

However, if any of us are waiting for the iPhone 4 on Verizon and want the white model, I wouldn’t wait until the iPhone 5. To tell you the truth, I’d be waiting in line at the Apple Store the day the white iPhone launches on both carriers.

Well, the great Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, went on the Engadget show and talked about the iPhone 4 conversion kit in order to get his white iPhone 4. He confirms the issues with the light leakage and gives his two cents about Apple’s products and strategies. Woz gave us a look inside of his lifestyle, in a comedic way, and his relations with Apple.
