iPad gift cards spotted in the wild
Apple has quietly started selling iPad gift cards in its retail stores. The cards, apparently, are no different to the usual Apple gift card except that they come in a neat package with an iPad printed on it. What’s interesting about this, to me at least, is that it means Apple has changed its policy on how you can buy an iPad. Previously only credit/debit card purchases were allowed. Now the policy has been updated to allow discounts when using an iPad gift card.

So, if you know someone who’s hoping for an iPad but hasn’t quite managed to save enough for it yet, get them an iPad gift card, and help them on their way. I have to admit, I’m tempted to get one for my wife, she’s been using mine on an increasingly frequent basis recently.
